XIRO does not wake up when I say the wake word

Windows 11, USB headset, quiet room. The HUD shows 'listening' but nothing happens when I say it. Any ideas?

@zeynepA I disagree. The wake word not triggering sounds great on paper but breaks down in real homes and offices.
